After we have received your complaint, we will contact you as soon as possible. The complaint will be examined by one of our employees and all documents relating to this process will be viewed on our premises.
If necessary, you will receive feedback from us on your complaint at every processing step and we will clarify which solution we can propose to you.
If problems can be solved quickly, we will contact you directly with an adequate suggestion.
Every complaint is included in the respective management assessment of the company or the DAkkS calibration laboratory.
