An original or 100% compatible Nokia BL-5B battery, which was previously installed in the Nokia 5140 mobile phone, can be used as a replacement for the GOSSEN V070A battery. We currently deliver our new devices with a POLARCELL premium battery for Nokia 5140. This has a capacity of 1100 mAh instead of the 890 mAh of the V070A, which increases the operating time on a single charge by 23%.

LI-ION batteries are classified as dangerous goods and must be labeled as such if they are transported separately. The transport regulations also require that the LI-ION battery is tested according to UN 38.3 and complies with it. Since both shipping and testing are associated with considerable costs, we have decided to switch to commercially available products that can be obtained from our customers on site.
